Connelly Lawn and Garden, Inc., was founded by Berks County native Thomas Connelly in 1990. Tom’s first professional experience in the green industy was working as a greens keeper at the Berkshire Country Club in Greenfields, PA. From there, Tom began working summers for a Pittsburgh area landscape firm while studying business at the University of Pittsburgh. His passion for the outdoors grew, along with a desire to manage his own business and direct his own destiny. Starting with only thirty customers his first year, Tom and his management team now oversee a staff of over twenty turf specialists, hardscapers, and maintenance crews, and serve hundreds of clients in Western Berks County and surrounding communities.
Recent additions to our management team has allowed for greater specialization and growth in individual landscape areas. Our mission is to offer superior outdoor living services to the Berks County community, be good environmental stewards, and provide a positive work environment for our employees. We recently celebrated our second year awarded “Best Landscape Company” by the readers of Berks County Living Magazine. We look forward to serving the Berks County Community for many more years to come!
